  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely and efficient loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Monitor loan performance and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's loan services.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results to management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Certification in business development or related field is a plus.
