Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored loan solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.
Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely and efficient loan approvals and disbursements.
Monitor loan performance and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's loan services.
Track and report on business development activities and results to management.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
