We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the recruitment and development of employees.


 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate ongoing training and development programs.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and performance improvement plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and generate reports as needed.


  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
