Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  2. Schedule meetings, and appointments and manage calendars.
  3. Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and support as needed.
  5. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Knowledge of office equipment and maintenance.
  8. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
