Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate loan products to potential clients through various channels (e.g., in-person, phone, online).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate financing needs and providing appropriate loan solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Track and report on sales activities and results to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate loan products and financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored loan solutions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
